partypoker today announced that it will be hosting the first ever online version of its popular MILLIONS event with a $5,000,000 guaranteed tournament in December.

The MILLIONS Online Main Event – which promises a $1,000,000 payday for the champion – will take place on partypoker.com from Sunday, December 3rd to Wednesday, December 6th. Players will be able to qualify for the $5,300 buy-in event for as little as $1.10 – or buy-in direct on partypoker.com.

There are three start flights to choose from: Day 1a starts at 17.00 GMT (18:00 CET) on December 3rd with Day 1b starting at the same time on December 4th. There is a last chance Day 1c Turbo at noon GMT (13:00 CET) on December 5th with Day 2 also starting on the 5that17.00 GMT (18:00 CET). The final table is at 19.00 on December 6th. Players will begin Day 1 with a starting stack of a million chips with 30 minute levels.

Satellites for the MILLIONS Online Main Event start on Wednesday, November 1st and will run for over a month, right up until the start of Day 1a on December 3rd. The first 100 players to qualify will be automatically entered into a Last Longer competition which will award the winner with a $15,000 package to the MILLIONS Grand Final Barcelona next April. All players who qualify for the Last Longer will have a Gold Chip icon against their avatar on the client and their usernames will be listed on the partypoker website.

Satellites for the MILLIONS Online Main Event will be easy to find, coloured gold in the partypoker client under the ‘MILLIONS Online’ tournaments tab.

How do I earn Challenges Points?

Unibet Poker to launch new online MTT schedule

Unibet have announced that they are overhauling their online MTT schedule. Three years after launching their standalone Poker platform with Relax Gaming.  Until now, Unibet has focused much of their efforts on software improvements and headline cash game promotions. As a result, their efforts won them the EGR ‘Poker Innovation of the Year’ three years in a row. However, Unibet are now looking to make themselves more competitive on the MTT front. With flagship Sunday tournaments being added to the client for the first time, two new blind structures for players to enjoy, a space theme and numerous improvements to the MTT lobby. The new schedule was devised in conjunction with players and Unibet ambassadors. Furthermore, the operator have said that they will optimize the schedule on an ongoing basis. They monitor this by continuing to take feedback from players on their community site.

The new schedule will begin to populate in the Unibet Poker client on the morning of October 2nd, with the first Sunday Majors taking place on October 8th.

Unibet is also planning to improve their qualifier structure for live events soon.  Pooling all low stakes live event qualifiers under one umbrella. In addition to allowing players to choose which Unibet tour they would like to play a final qualifier for. The date for that change is yet to be announced.

Unibet Poker Leader feels the timing is right to make change

The value of the tickets given away will increase each week in October, culminating with a €25 cash game ticket. Monster guarantees, tiny buy-ins: 140 events starting from just $1.10 plus over $100K in cash and ticket in the Monster rake race

partypoker is launching a brand new online tournament series next month, boasting giant prize pools with seriously tiny buy-ins. The new 11-day Monster Series runs October 21st to 31st and offers recreational and low- to mid-stakes players the chance to compete for a mammoth $5,000,000 in guaranteed prizes.

With buy-ins ranging from just $1.10 to $215, the new Monster Series will feature an incredible variety of events and formats including rebuy and re-entry tournaments, Progressive Knockouts, Pot Limit Omaha, Omaha Hi Low, turbos and hyper-turbos, heads-up shootouts, deepstack tournaments and mix-max.

Player feedback was instrumental in creating the Monster Series schedule which has been devised by partypoker’s Bryan Slick.

The Monster Series is split into two stakes levels – Micro and Mid – each with its own schedule and exciting Main Event. All events carry a prize pool guarantee, ranging from $1,000 up to $1,000,000 for the Mid-Level Main Event. Players will be able to buy in direct to each and every event, or qualify via satellites.

Micro-Level schedule

The Micro schedule boasts a total guarantee of $1,000,000 and features 70 tournaments, with buy-ins ranging from $1.10 to $22. The very first event is a $1.10 buy-in No Limit Hold’em re-entry tournament with a $4,000 guarantee and it takes place on Saturday, October 21. The Micro-Level Main Event, which takes place on Sunday, 29th October, is a $22, single re-entry with a monster guarantee of $300,000.

Mid-Level schedule

The Mid schedule will see players competing for a combined monster guaranteed prize pool of $4,000,000. Including a $215 buy-in Main Event that takes place on Sunday 29th October and comes with a $1,000,000 guarantee. There are 70 Mid-Level events, with buy-ins ranging from $11 to $215. The first event is an $11 buy-in No Limit Hold’em tournament with a $20,000 guarantee and it will take place on Saturday, October 21st.

Monster Series Rake Race

The Monster Rake Race is a chance for cash game players to battle it out for Monster Series tickets. Also, a share of the prizepool. From October 12th to 22nd for Low and Mid stakes levels.  October 21st– 31st for High stakes level players. Last year’s WSOP Uruguay Main Event attracted 697 entries and was won by Uruguay’s top live tournament player Fabrizio Gonzalez for $125,157. In total, more than $3.4 million was awarded in prize money during the festival.  2,500 unique players were apart of 30 different events. This year’s festival includes even more tournaments. Including the $1,500 WSOP Uruguay Main Event (which has three start flights). This packed schedule includes the $2,500 “Final Millonaria” which comes with a guaranteed prize pool of $2 million.

There are over 34 tournaments including a the $1,500 Main Event, a $5,000 High Roller, a $2,500 Millionaire Final, a $300 Deep Stack edition of the Main Event, a $300 Omaha Hi-Low tournament, a $400 Omaha Dealer’s Choice event and a Knockout Bounty. Also, a highlight event to close the festival on December 17th is the $500 NLH partypoker Diamond event where players can be crowned the first partypoker Diamond champion of Uruguay.

Therefore, partypoker will be running many online satellites for WSOP Uruguay with chances to win a $2,000 package starting at just $1.10. The $2,000 prize package comprises the $1,500 buy in plus $500 spending money.

Lastly, The first WSOP Uruguay qualifier runs this Sunday on partypoker with weekly mega satellites running on Mondays and Thursdays with 5 packages guaranteed on both nights.
