Team partypoker’s Joni “JJouhki” Jouhkimainen crept into the cash and finished in 11th place for $10,959. The prize money increased to $17,000 by the time the six-handed final table was set, “Grazvis1” being the first casualty under the lights.

“TheRealGrizzly1” fell in fifth for a $25,000 addition to their bankroll before “HosseinEnsan”, bearing the name of the reigning World Series of Poker Main Event champion, busted in fourth for $35,000.

Third place and $48,000 went to “trustnobody_99” which set up a one-on-one clash between ChimneyBarrel and “vodkasoda”. It was the latter who emerged from battle unscathed, securing the $125,122 top prize and leaving ChimneyBarrel to add $78,000 to the $125,000 they won in the $1M Gtd event earlier.

POWERFEST #24-HR: $250K Gtd PKO

Entries: 129
Buy-in: $2,100
Prize pool: $264,450
Places paid: 20

The $2,100 buy-in we spoke about was a PKO event, the POWERFEST #24-HR: $250K Gtd PKOto be exact, and it crated some sizable bounty payments, especially for those who navigated their way to the eight-handed final table.

Nobody locked up more from the bounty prize pool than the champion “dollar007” whose $22,775 top prize was bolstered by an incredible $44,058 thanks to them also winning the prize that was on their own head.

One other player, “Tigerbluff”, banked five-figures worth of bounties. Tigerbluff has made several deep runs during the opening week of POWERFEST X and finished third in this tournament for $16,554 plus $14,166 worth of scalps, meaning they walked away with a combined prize worth more than second-placed “CocaineKiller” did.

Shout-out to sixth-place finisher “JailWallet” who managed to win $7,021 from the bounty prize pool before busting out.
