LIVE MILLIONS UK SUPER HIGH-ROLLER CHAMPION IS STEVE O’DWYER

partypoker’s Live Millions UK started last weekend at Dusk Til Dawn, the poker club in Nottingham. This series ends on October the 7th and brings  £8.500.000 in guarantees. 

Steve O’Dwyer won the first Big Title. He finished on top of 51 players on a £25,500 Super High-Roller Event. With this title, he managed to collect also a cash prize of  £450.000. The total prize pool was  £1.275.000. After this win, Steve is 11th on the All-time money list with over $24.000.000 in earnings. 

The tournament was on for 2 days. When it came to the final 9 players, O’Dwyer was 6th in chips. In 6handed he made his double up against Niall Farrel and took the lead. He played impressively with a big stack and managed to eliminate all 5 remaining players!

With this impressive run, he reached the heads up with a 7:1 chip lead against Fabrizio Gonzales. Not surprisingly,  HU match didn’t take too long. Fabrizio Gonzales finished 2nd, collecting  £286.750.

The main event of the series has an incredible prize pool of £5.000.000. The buy-in for this tournaments is £5.300, it started 30.09. and we will know who is the winner on Sunday 07.10.
